How Fast do you ship?

We usually ship same-day, every business day of the week (Monday-Friday) – We may occasionally ship on Saturday, but very rarely.

What is the cutoff for Same-Day shipping?

Please have your order submitted by 3 PM EST for same business day shipping. Orders placed after 3 PM have a chance of going out the same day, but it’s possible that it may not ship until the following business day.

How long will it take for my order to ship?   

We almost always ship same business day, but depending on when the order is placed and how many orders we have, it occasionally may take up to 24-48 hours.

Help!  I ordered Priority Mail Express (Overnight) and it showing up as “2-Day”!

When shipping with Priority Mail Express USPS ships overnight about 90% of the time, however occasionally USPS determines it will take 2 days instead of one. We, unfortunately, have no control over this. Generally, this will happen if you are located in a bit more remote/rural location, or if you order closer to the weekend this is more common.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the USA.

Some products we cannot ship to: Arizona, Arkansas, Alabama, Indiana, Georgia, Connecticut, Mississippi, Florida, Ohio, Louisiana, Texas, Virginia and Georgia due to state laws.

I just got my tracking number in an email but USPS says its invalid?

USPS usually takes a few hours after the tracking number is generated to properly display it on their site. Please try again in a few hours. It may take up to 24 hours for USPS to scan your package in and have the tracking updated.

Do you require a signature?

We will require a signature on all orders over a certain dollar threshold.

My e-check cannot be processed.

Please double check all of your billing information. If you have a history of NSFs or bad checks, your information may be blacklisted in our system. Please contact us to settle this.

Help, my order is “On Hold”

That means your card information was declined by our system 5 times and flagged for a billing mismatch. Please place a new order and verify your billing. All pending charges will disappear in 1-2 business days.

Issue with Bitcoin Payment

Generally, if you send the incorrect amount, to the wrong address, or some other issue, Coinpayments (Our BTC processor) will automatically refund you to the address you sent it to within 24 hrs. If you have any other bitcoin issue, please open a support ticket with us and we’ll be happy to look into it.

What is your refund policy?

We handle each request on a case by case basis. If by any means you are not satisfied with your order please contact us to initiate a return!

Do you respond to emails?

Due to the sheer volume of emails, we cannot actively respond to all of them. The best way to get in touch with us is through our Discord channel.
